FELDSPAR
Raw Materials are completely monitored by technical experts in mine site to avoid possible contamination of Quartz & Mica and foreign contamination such as Mud, Clay & slits.
Further segregation done at processing units manually to avoid contaminations which may added during its transportation from mines site to processing unit.
After complete monitoring, raw material feed into Ceramic lined ball mill to obtain the material in powder form of various sizes such as 75, 63 and 45 Micron. In case of chips/grits manufacturing, material feed into Disintegrator with ceramic lining. After grinding process, all material passed through high gauss value Magnetic Separator to eliminate external iron particles, if any.
Since these materials are getting processed at high end machineries, addition of external iron particles is completely avoided, and uniform particle size is maintained.
Characteristics of our feldspar:
- High Alkali Content (K + Na > 13)
- High Alumina Content (Al2O3 > 17.5%)
- Low Iron Content (Fe2O3<0.12%)
- High degree of Whiteness
- Low Melting point (Around 1100oC)
- Uniform Particle Size
- Suits well for Glazing purpose
